You can feel good about yourself.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm a wife and a mother of two boys. I have two Master's degrees, as well as, certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers-Briggs® and Speaking Circles®.
But in addition to doing all of these things, I also know what it's like to struggle with self-confidence.
I know intimately what it's like to feel a deep sense of self-doubt, and to feel shy and held back by performance anxiety and social anxiety.
What have I done about it? What can you do about it?
I've developed three types of approaches that can be helpful.
First, there is a creative pathway, where you can use different outlets to express yourself and grow your voice and understand your truth.
Second, there is a mindset approach. But this is not one that is just about overcoming limiting beliefs. It is one where the very assumptions you have about yourself and the world get examined, and joy and peace emerge along side of shame and embarrassment.
And third, is embracing a holistic health approach, where you learn to fuel your body in a way that supports your mind.
