You can feel good about yourself.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a wife and a mother of two boys.
I have an MBA from Simmons College and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Boston University. I have also earned certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers-Briggs® and Speaking Circles®.
But in addition to doing these things, I also know what it’s like to struggle with self-confidence.
I know, intimately, what it’s like to feel a deep sense of self-doubt, to struggle with self-confidence, and to be held back by shyness, performance anxiety and social anxiety.
I also know what it’s like to feel lost, to feel like I don’t belong, and to have no idea what my strengths are and how to navigate the world.
And that is why I’m committed to discovering and sharing perspectives and experiences that really can help.
